Rewatched Adolescence of Utena and if they dont start making anime that looks like this again I'm going to hurt myself *and others*

still from Adolescence of Utena; Utena looks up as rose petals fall down from Anthy's suspended rose garden.

still from Adolescence of Utena, ran falling on Ohtori Academy and the Chairman's Residence standing solemnly in the middle

I can understand not liking the design of Jace-universe Nissa but the more I've thought about it the more I actually like the horseshoe identity of four colors melding into the missing fifth color but on steroids. Interesting color pie theory and a way to solve the four color problem.

Legend of the Dragoon has some flawed execution but man what a swing. Remake when, Sony?? -- And you all know Dark Souls lol it speaks for itself and I was there on the ground floor. If Legend of the Dragoon birthed me as a game fan the original Dark Souls changed me from a game boy into a game man

Absolute Martian Manhunter 12. @denizcamp.bsky.social and @javierrodriguez.bsky.social close out this beautiful book with as much emotion, philosophy, and gorgeous storytelling as can fit in 30 pages. Going to miss it but always glad to see a story end on a team's own terms. Excited for what's next

The coolest thing to say about this announcement is it feels like Marvel is finally done spinning their wheels in a post-Hickman+MCU synergy environment
