Comic titled "Number snapping." A smiling person is selling lemonade. There are three cup sizes, priced at 5, 10, and 15 dollars. A customer looks at the stand. The customer asks "Why do you price your stuff like that?" The smile is gone from the lemonade peddler as they say, "I dunno. Don't you people like it?" The customer answers, "Not really, no." Hearing that, the lemonade peddler says, "Thank goodness I'm so tired of pretending." Then they took off the price tag revealing the real prices of the lemonades as 5 cent, the root of 7, and some absurdly long number. The customer smiles.

"Thanks for throwing the antidote at me!" says Milkman. "Turns out you can't breathe as a milk bottle..." Myla is walking next to him. She tells him, "please never do that again..."
They came across a small man with a scar around his left eye. He is riding a round robot. "Hey, kids," the man greets them. "Mister Mayor!" says Milkman.
"Have you kids paid your taxes?" asks Mr. Mayor. Myla reacts, "We have taxes?", to which Mr. Mayor responds, "No." Myla is confused. "Wha...?"
Milkman interjects, "I paid my taxes!" but the Mayor shuts him down, "Hey! I said no taxes!" The Mayor then hands him a single coin with his robot's arm, "Here, take it back!"
Milkman happily receives it, "Sweet! Free money!" Myla has a confused sweat. The Mayor walks away as he complains, "Our treasury is getting full! This town is doing too dang well!" Then he makes his farewell, "Bye, kids!"

He goes back to his bed, thinking, "That's better." As he attempts to fall asleep, a thought haunts his mind, "The stove could be on for literally no reason." "Oh f" he thought (his swear is censored with symbols).

Jevil from deltarune says his trademark phrase, "Chaos Chaos. I can do anything!" The Spirovision man whom is dressed as a knight and holding a sword responds with, "No you can't?? You have like, 5 or 6 attack patterns..." There is a little editorial note under his speech bubble that says, "Sorry, I wasn't actually counting". Jevil answers the man's argument with, "Of course I can't, I'm a jester, not a fool. It's more about putting your mind in the right place." Jevil starts prancing around creating after-images and continues, "You have to believe in chaos, or lose your individuality altogether. Once you stop believing, you'll start getting dragged down by the horrors of modern society." The man just has his mouth agape and says, "Wow, you're so real for that." The comic opens with a disclaimer "This is a work of fiction, please commission me." Artie cries (in an art style that is reminiscent of Peanuts) "I've had enough drawing commissions!" Business comes in with "Intervention!" sound effect, he asks, "What do you want to do, then?" to which Artie replies, "...draw." Business says, "You want to draw, after all?" Artie replies "But... I wish to draw something profound." Business then asks, "Do you know anything profound...?" But Artie couldn't reply. Instead he says with sparkly eyes, "I wish someone would commission me to draw something profound." Business leaves through the door as he says, "I'll be on the lookout."

The man took the potion and drinks it, "Thanks," he says. He then smiles as he proclaims, "Wow, it's working! I'm not seeing Tetris in my head anymore!" while the witch leaves.

Bonus: Under first panel there is a text "Guest art Spiralhalo" which is a joke. Spiralhalo cannot be a guest in his own comic.

since I cant physically exist in a US theatre right now I decided to write ep 9 myself

Jax abstracted.

Kinger runs [deabstract.exe] which opens a portal that Pomni has to jump into in order to save him. The rescue mission is going so well that Pomni ended up undoing the abstraction not only on Jax but Ribbit, Kaufmo, and Queenie too.

After the dust settles, Kinger then resurrects the other nicer AI, dubbed "the real Abel". But since they had a bitter memory with Abel, they decided to call it Orbsman Neo after its resemblance to the NPC. As it turns out, Orbsman Neo can run the circus so well that it becomes even better than real life. Eventually, they stopped looking for an exit.

Zooble and Gangle were nowhere to be found for a while, but Jax convinced everyone that Zooble had simply reinvented sex. They stopped looking. Pomni goes on a date with her one true love Gummigoo.

Ragatha didn't make an appearance in this episode.

been working on this all weekend. time to wrap it up for now

a sketch character sheet of two "Mirror Witch" characters Karlsten the Lodestar and Vincentia the Witch. Karl is a guy with sleeveless shirt and a bandage-like glove on one hand. Vincentia is a girl with a tutu-like dress and tattered cape with big spiral collars.
Karl has an odd device with a description that reads:

- can track three beings at low range
- can use all 3 orbs to locate a distant being
- when using the knowledge scroll, can't be used, instead acts as tri-legs to hold the knowledge scroll up

So @lazcht.stellarnull.dev agreed to draw Castella's comic and redesigned her a while back. I wanted to draw both designs to really appreciate them. New design appear more friendly, mature, and is easier to draw. Good for comics! The old design is so hard OTOH, though I made it look easy here😤

doing gamedev again making a map screen mock up for Magician's Skewer. how I started vs where I'm at vs old prototype it's based on

I was trying to figure out how to justify my worldbuilding having 2 separate technologies for the exact same thing. In the end I just slapped "proprietary" on one of them and call it a day. Makes perfect sense in-universe too.
