They have all three branches of government and are more afraid of Trump than losing in November. So unless there is a new Congress there is no one to hold him accountable except the courts every once in a while. Checks and balance only work when there is actual balance.

I think he's right though. The best way for Philly to beat us will be to get hot from three and win the free throw discrepancy, especially if the refs give them a lot of attempts. Maxey got two cheap fouls charged to KAT and we can't rely on Hukporti as a 3rd center against Embiid every night.
