Therapy has been such a help. Never knew how much I needed it until I got it. I am by no means healed; I'm a work in progress. But damn if it don't help. Get multiple therapists until you find a fit. Find the one that will make you TALK. If your job has an EAP, USE IT. PLEASE. That's it. 😊
