These two styles work really well together, I like that Quick Man would end up looking like Hot Rod, with the similar colors and the big yellow fender/boomerang up top. Just... In front and not on the back.

Had a weird dream that the surface of the planet had become uninhabitable, so we all had to live in Chinese cave-bunkers. The dream did not clarify if that meant they were dug out and built worldwide (but managed/engineered/financed by China) or if everyone on Earth had to move to China.

If you went to an emergency vet for this you'd just be in the waiting room for hours since dogs who swallowed things or pregnancy complication cats would be constantly triaged ahead of "maybe just eye boogers" which I think tells you how much of an "emergency" this is.

Both! In battle, Gibbon uses Fire attacks when facing one way, and Ice attacks when facing the other. So any weapon gained from them would work the same way. Would lead to some silly puzzle solving in other stages.

As far as "Waxing Gibbon" that might be a split personality that also exists within this robot. One might be the fire or ice side and they can struggle for full control of the body. One side might "take over" at times. I'm still considering that whole deal.

Back to character design projects. I had this idea for Waning Gibbon, a dual-element HVAC robot for a while and finally got somewhere with it. I'm thinking this is a Silhouette Mirage situation where in a side scrolling game, they use ice or fire attacks based on if they are facing left or right.

Design sheet for Waning Gibbon and Waxing Gibbon, a robot monkey with various Heat Pump and HVAC components built into their body. They are split down the middle so the left side is fire themed and the right side is ice themed.

This got me VERY interested in measuring the infrasound in my area, but I really don't know which device you mention in the video would be easier to use. The Raspberry Shake/Boom is pretty expensive, but it looks like Shake app does display the data as a waveform?

As a former Flash guy I have really been enjoying Moho, not sure if you ruled that out yet. I just really like that it's good at shape morphs and precise vector point animation. But yeah the workflow isn't gonna be the same at all sadly. It's at least a somewhat cheap one time purchase.

I have been doing a lot with the Liquid Shapes feature as seen here. Probably my favorite feature in Moho. I love using the negative shape version too, it's all over the place on her. Shoulders, eyelids, her boots...
