Thankfully at my review with the long covid clinic they are happy enough with my progress that they've returned me to my doctors care but can get back in touch if I need to. Sure still have to take my rehab slow and steady but looks like no permanent damage.

One of the pleasing parts of volunteering with the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is when you get to park by the wall that separates the quarry from the marsh with its lovely art on it. Especially when you drive a panda, so my panda spent the afternoon next to a kingfisher.

Today has been a draining day, I'm the publicity officer for Warwickshire County Bowls Association (flat green bowls outdoors). I'm also autistic. It was the annual luncheon and prize presentation today. This involves two things I'm not fond of, eating in public and being around people.
