An image that is probably too dark for most monitors, it is a pixel art rendition of a creature emerging from a cave. There are at least three heads with more eyes visible among the indistinct mounds of flesh. The creature's skin is missing in several places, most obviously visible on the one clawed limb that is pulling it forward.
