Watching LIVING IN BONDAGE, the 258 minute long Nigerian horror movie, really love the guy who sacrificed his son to a cult of blood-drinking devil worshippers so he could ride around in a Nissan Pathfinder

He was nothing if not a Lewton man, thinking about how the first proper murder setpiece in Four Flies On Grey Velvet after the opening fakeout is Argento doing a ten minute homage to The Leopard Man

Rewatched Argento's segment of Two Evil Eyes--very sweet to me that he loves The Seventh Victim (definitely where all the noose imagery comes from) so much that he cast Kim Hunter, its heroine, in a minor role that only exists for his self-insert character to hand her a bouquet of roses ❤️

Really good part of this insanely tacky American TV special promoting Octopussy where Frank Sinatra describes a dream about being Bond in a way that makes it sound like he's never heard of James Bond in his life
