I got an analysis back and I have an arachnoid cyst in the left middle cranial fossa (3.5 x 4 cm) with mass effect upon the adjacent cortex. It is behind the eye that I feel the pressure and pain. I need to follow up for the next steps. I'm not emotionally doing well but I'm trying to do my best.
