Another shout out to a great friend @spectre799.bsky.social for the early birthday gifts too. Juat got gifted these three games on Steam. Probably most interested in what Remains of Edith Finch because I love these story heavy games. Also Darkwood is just in time for Halloween. Much love to you Spec

Castlevania Belmonts Curse has been incredible so far! A refreshing different take on Castevania that learns from its peers during the Franchises absence while also keeping the Gothic vibes that it is known for! It is also one of the most gorgeous Castlevanias I have played.

So @shnick1985.bsky.social and @femshepliara96.bsky.social and myself all played Halloween tonight and we all hated it! The maps are too big and convoluted and we spent most of each level trying to figure out where the fuck to go!

NEW EPISODE (finally) Sabotain: Break The Rules has become a fascination in certain corners of the internet. Because a Russian take on an open-world RPG had a fascinating outside look at the genre? Nope- because it was crapped out completely unfinished! youtu.be/iK0dd4O-5jA?...

Im back from Chicago visiting some friends and my two favorite waifus, Liara and Rouge prepared a little welcome home present for me from an adventure they went on criss crossing between each others' universes.

I reflect a lot and it’s hard to believe that this was the video that introduced me to Jadows Crew. The rest was history after that. Now my friend group bridged the gap with his and im grateful.❤️ Also. It’s @shaunthechb.bsky.social fault. Bastard lol youtu.be/E0AeHn81Qug?...

No lie. I’m nervous about making this Resident Evil video 😅 My goal is to be the middle ground guy in the mindfield that is the films discourse. I hope I can achieve that! Cuz I loved the movie a ton. But I can see why many will love and hate it! It’s such a tough discussion but I hope I deliver!

To throw my hat into the ring. I recently played RE1 original. And uh…. I’m kinda loving it? Like yah tank controls I can’t stand but like… it’s kinda growing on me the more I get use to it.

Oh no there is. It’s just not a GREAT one from what I’ve been told. But as a huge role playing sandbox, that’s where it shines! It’s kind of like Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 where the role playing and the questing is just as interesting if not more.

#RandomGameSaturday Today I have Crimson Desert. While the story basically becomes nonexistent after the prologue, the actual roleplaying is where this game absolutely shines! I need to go back to play more but the more I play it the more impressed I got. Great game!

If it’s an entirely new team under Activision dedicated specifically to Halo, than most of that won’t be a huge issue for me. I’d much rather have them make a new team than use any of the call of duty teams. Either way the bar is so low, that anything can happen at this rate. So we’ll see.

Spectre799 @spectre799.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

That’s where I’m at honestly. Being a Halo fan under 343 was akin to a humiliation ritual so come what may with Activision; There’s no possible way it can get any worse. Those people made more books breaking the lore in half than they did making good fuckin games.

Yeah Sterling is right on the money! Incredible game! The only gripe I did have was that bosses are repeated a shit ton but these bosses are some of the best bosses of this year so i weirdly was more than ok with fighting them again and again So I dunno. Kinda depends on how you feel about repeats

Like yes on one hand, TCAP was a smart idea cuz quite frankly more should be done for a ton of pedos that live amongst us that go unnoticed. But on the other, Chris Hansen is NOT the hero people think he is. One look into his history and what happened can tell ya that. Two things can be true.

Spectre799 @spectre799.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Control Resonant is my main focus atm cuz it is a longer game and tbh… it’s been mind blowing to play so far. But yes I’m very much excited for MGS 2 and beyond. I already have a list down a buddy of mine recommended in regards to which games to play in order

Nah after 14 years of failure, Imo this has been a long time coming. I don’t trust Activision as far as I can throw them, but im not surprised by this outcome after over a decade of misunderstanding Halo time and time again.

I played it on Steam and it took me a good couple hours i believe. It gives you a slice of what stealth, combat, and the overall story is going to be along with the game being QUITE gnarly. I was wincing the entire time!

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but constant, chaotic, unfiltered news and social media can overwhelm the mind—flooding your attention, stirring up emotions, and making it hard to think clearly. It’s okay to step back and be selective about what you let in. Your mental well-being matters.

I found a quaint little puzzle game on Steam: Cade Prime. You play as a robot moving boxes and... moving boxes. And it's green. So much green... Thanks to @mellowonline1.bsky.social for cluing me into this dev so I went fishing through their catalog for quickie fodder youtu.be/a26zj_XvCsU?...
