I love Alices Adventures in Wonderland and many of its forms, but a frequent gripe I have with some adaptions is that they want it to be Wizard of Oz, So Bad. They want it to have clear sources of each dream-piece fron reality, with at least some internally consistent logic. And Alice is. Not That.
