iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Just saying, if they use this shit as an excuse for some false flag attack and I end up getting hit because of it (I'm about an hour drive from LA), I need you all to avenge me.

In case anyone wants to see how Twitter's doing 😭

We're really getting individual apps for every single one of these characters, aren't we...

Funny how the other guy isn't sending me texts like this.

Oh look at me I’m Toby Fox. I'm having dinner with Fumito Ueda and the Scalebound guy who blocks people on Twitter. I made one the biggest cultural indie video game phenomenona, inspired by a niche franchise, without any consequences from Nintendo. I'm also a dog. Fuck you.

Lol wait they actually condensed the PlayStation trophies for the PS5 ports to single collections, rather than one Platinum per game? Why the hell is KH2 under DLC trophies now? 💀

Haven't seen anyone review the Switch 1 version of Kingdom Hearts.

Not a Resonant spoiler at all. (Don't tell me if it's actually related to the story.) Just found out that first Control game has a supposed variant for Paul Serene, and I've never been more happy about how clear it is that Quantum Break is, indeed, canon to the RCU.

All the boys getting GTA on November 19th. Meanwhile, all us girls and gays getting The Hunger Games, Percy Jackson, Yellowjackets, and now a THREE-HOUR season premiere of Miraculous... all on November 20th.

Putting a new list together of "games that I bought Day 1 with the intention of playing them but still haven't even started yet". 🙃

Jesse Faden x Emily Pope is actually canon?!?!?!?!

I like how we, as a community, just totally forgot this game is coming to PS4/PS5 soon.

One of the few smaller games on my list left this year that was still stuck with a 2026 window, so this doesn't surprise me at all. Happy for it, though. Take all the time you need, and release it when I'm not busy. Excited for this!

Non-stop video games in high 80s. What an insane year.

No idea what happened, but I actually got a decent amount of work done tonight, and now I'm in bed at a reasonable time, possibly about to get a good 7 hours.

001

Definitely tentative, but...

000

Nevermind, this movie's plot is completely different than what the trailers made it sound.

000

Just watched Forgotten Island.

Slept in with the plan to see Forgotten Island on my day off today. Woke up to Hollow Knight and Hazbin Hotel in Fortnite, a Kena delay, and Gears E-Day getting high marks. Very nice day to wake up to.

000

Friendly reminder that, despite me focusing a lot on Control Resonant, I am still actively working on "Ribbon". Right now, code is all set for testing a fully-scripted first run playthrough, but I'm finalizing a lot of assets beforehand. (Here's the last off-screen footage I recorded, for proof.)

Sony had that weird little Cassie Drake teaser in that PlayStation commercial years ago, and they're just NOW working on a new Uncharted?! What a colossal fuck-up in studio management man, holy shit.

000

A little pissed I double-dipped for a digital copy years ago, but I'll give them a pass because they're incredibly consumer-friendly.

Decompilation scene so nuts right now that they literally just brought Halo DS back from the dead.

Hunter Gerace @speady.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Game is low-key kinda ass, but this is one of those instances where I'm glad I haven't gotten a physical version of this for the collection yet.

I like how confident they are now in just straight-up copying something PlayStation has had for decades. Y'all have fun though.

000

I hope people realize that they *might* be fumbling the midterms on purpose, because all the bad shit in their Big Bill won't take effect until right after the midterms, and they know the idiotic majority are gonna just assume the Democrats in power are responsible for all of it. Don't fall for it.

One of my favorite albums ever. "Brick By Boring Brick" is still my favorite Paramore track.

You can tell Control Resonant wasn't made in America by the way there are billboards all across Manhattan promoting awareness about climate change, unionization, and suing your employer for wrongful termination.

Did the thing, by the way. (No particular order.)

000

Movies get a 45-day theatrical run minimum, right? Was thinking of seeing Forgotten Island today, but I've got a ton of errands and tasks to do, so maybe sometime next week. Worried these low box office numbers are gonna make them pull it sooner than later.

000

Had a dream last night where Shuhei Yoshida and Bill Trinen were both locked in a glass room together with a bunch of monkeys jumping around. I gotta stop having sweets before bed.

000

Forever glad I'm not a big Star Wars fan. 🙏

000

Lol I sent the spoiler to my brother (he asked) and he gave the exact same reaction

000

Seeing all the leaks. Let me get this straight. So, Endgame Encore is literally just some re-edit where they basically retcon the already-excellent ending, just so they can fit and tie it all into Doomsday? Lazy and sloppy as hell. At least should've kept that cut to black.

000

PC gaming community actually supporting a big dev, especially one that needs as much help as it can get? Love to see it. (I only make that assumption about PC gamers, because about 90% of them that I've known in my lifetime have spoken highly in support of piracy, for some reason. I hate it.)
