Musk is pushing Russian and MAGA propaganda on X now, and you can't even flag or report their hate speech!

This is abuse, these mental games they are playing should be illegal. Many of these federal employees are just regular people, making life work best they can, like everyone else. I hardly see anyone covering this part of the story, but its affecting the lives of thousands of hard working Americans.

I can't stress this enough, but nobody should sign this contract! Later that night, everyone on the OPM list of probationary employees received this vague email. It doesn't say you're fired, it doesn't say anything really, other than they have a target on their back.

I dont know that any contract written up by any agency has the legal jurisdiction to do that! Would it even be legally binding? So, come Monday morning, my department was sent a WORD Document with a "contract" for employees to sign. I have included a screenshot of #12, as it waives ALL their rights.

Something a lot of federal employees were asking for was a way to guarantee these promises if they choose to resign, a contract of sorts. On the FAQ sheet, this question was answered with another vague response. It said that their agency may write up a contract outlining the benefits.

to every day operations, and they'll use the excuse that it's just budget cuts. So now, a bunch of federal employees who just started, are having their livelihoods dangled in front of them. Take this resignation offer, which has NO guarantees of follow through, or risk being let go anyways.

So what are federal employees to do, except wait? The next thing federal employees hear about is an audit, where OPM demands the names of all probationary employees. Why would that be? My assumption is they plan to blanket fire everybody on that list, regardless of their qualifications or importance

Well, no shit they won't have to, because they RESIGNED! The thing about the resignation offer, though, there is no budget for it. And there is no guarantee that if you resign, you'll get this vague promise. Senators are telling us they don't have the money, our Unions are telling us not to resign.

employees who work remotely do so because is was part of their hiring agreement, and thus live, in some cases, hours away from their office. The "Fork in the Road" email even taunts employees saying if you take this offer, you won't have to adhere to this new mandate.

The email suggests they'd be more productive in the private sectors. It uses terms like "loyal" to describe desired employees. On top of that, this email comes out just days after forcing federal employees to come back to the offices. While that might not sound like an issue, keep in mind that many

Our dictator in chief has been abusing ALL federal employees, not just USAID, FBI investigators, and Inspector Generals. Every government employee received a direct email from OPM titled "Fork in the Road" where they offered people a deferred resignation and 8 month "buyout" insulting its employees
