I raised the platform up one block and it fixed it but I never had this issue before the new update

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 28/06/2025

Has anyone had the issue in Minecraft of mobs dying in their spawner farms since updating their game to 1.21.6?

Wait. You can build OFF THE HAPPY GHAST??

Literally the story of my life with anime 😭

110

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 30/05/2025

YouTube could not be worse at giving me targeted ads. *Ad examples* Basement remodel - I rent an apartment Chevy trucks - Do I seem like someone who would own a truck let alone a Chevy?? In-ground pool - Again, I rent an apartment. McDonald's - I'm vegetarian.

Finally finished Frieren and now I feel empty 🥲 January can't come soon enough! I've started The Apothecary Dairies to fill the void.

I want to watch more anime just so that I can add to my anime music playlist

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again. I am so disappointed that not everyone walks around with a cloak :(

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 26/05/2025

Went outside of the house and peopled too hard and now all I want to do is curl up in bed :(

I Traveled 10,000 Blocks in Better Minecraft as a Nomad!! Aka I didn't build a base and the only thing I own are the items in my inventory. In my early days of playing Minecraft (way before making videos) this is how I played. Give a little watch for all of the adventure vibes youtu.be/bssDloqri54

I can't believe we're already on episode 11 🥲 I get up to some nether shenanigans and build a tavern on top of my castle wall!! I think this may be one of my favorite interiors too! ✨ youtu.be/aeJQCzwJNTo

I've been bird watching recently and I cannot tell you how much joy it's brought to my life 🥲

130

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 14/04/2025

Some of my hardcore videos take almost this long and I just wasn't sure if that was the strategy to go with but it's comforting knowing other people spend many many hours recording 🩷

010

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 14/04/2025

This makes me feel a lot better! I've been thinking recently that more time spent on a video doesn't always equal more views/subscribers/money so I've been considering rethinking my strategy.

120

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 13/04/2025

Fellow Minecraft creators - how long does it typically take you to record a video? (Not including planning and editing) I feel like I sink waaaay too much time in recording sometimes 🫠

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

So far, I've been using auto ad slots as a tool to help me manually place my ads. It is helpful I guess that it'll tell you if an ad is likely to play or not. Then if my audience says something about too many ads then I can go back and change things, but so far I haven't had any complaints!

110

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 06/04/2025

The only way I've successfully combatted doom scrolling is telling myself absolutely no short form content on my phone (unless it's on my feed from a creator I follow because I still want to support people!) I have zero self control and can't simply stop scrolling when I realize it's been too long.

New let's play on my channel! This time we're on peaceful mode exploring the Spring to Life update :) Hardcore isn't going anywhere! I just like having a couple series on my channel for some variety 🩷 youtu.be/VyGQfWwwxlU

I practiced a bunch in another random survival world!! There's no way I'm trying it out for the first time in my hardcore world 😅

No deaths and 6 totems 💁🏻‍♀️

020

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

I very much dislike that I have to worry about making a clickable thumbnail when planning videos. What if I just want to prance around and do random things?

020

SparkleEgg @sparkleegg.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

I'm about to build a raid farm in my hardcore world and I'm literally terrified 😭

I've been talking about me finally quitting one of my jobs soon but I truly never thought I'd be SO SAD. I feel like I'm mourning the loss of this era in my life and it's been harder than I ever thought possible.
