Fleur retires after endwalker. She isn’t doing any adventuring shit. She is on her island and at peace. The problems that come after? Not her problem. This is largely due to the fact she got hit with ALLLLL of her Azem’s memories when she almost died during EW. And she hates Circe with a passion.
