I think them building a home inside the bottle is supposed to represent actual animals nesting in a bottle. The bottle tipping over can trap the nesting animal/s, leaving them to starve and freeze to death.

I'm not really sure about the availability in the US, but here are some scandinavian sites I have access to (though, they need translating) www.svt.se www.dr.dk/nyheder www.nrk.no/nyheter/

Some countries have free (state sponsored) news sites that can be read without ads or paywalls. Just pop them into a translating software (built into some browsers) and read 👍.

Sorry, this isn't fandom related, I just need to vent a bit... If bluesky absolutely had to add tik-tok style video feeds, it should have been an opt-in feature instead of forced upon us IN THE SEARCH PAGE... Genuinely, I fear for the future of this app.

(unfinished!) (🎵 - They Might Be Giants - Nothing's Gonna Change My Clothes) with the help of my partner a few years back we were able to achieve a pretty convincing stop motion paper craft effect in blender! here's the fruits of our labor.. i'll share how this was all done later!!

Be it to explain a point, visualize my process or because I'm plain old bored, I like drawing a bit of pixel art to spice up a boring report. Maybe I should try to make and share some art here...

You can create your own feeds. There are multiple services that let you create feeds for Bluesky, and some can even be used with zero coding experience 👍 I'd recommend skyfeed. Even though their servers are sometimes down, they have the most understandable UI of all of them imo.

Christmas films on. Tea in hand. Chocolate in mouth. Archie on lap. Sherlock locked in. Mariana googling actors' careers. Does it get better than this? No, the answer is no.

I've heard good stuff about Edgerunners and Scott pilgrim takes off There's also dungeon meshi, The cuphead show, Hilda and Little witch academia they are all a vibe, but quite different than Arcane

A little bit of a vent: Telling your 18-year-old that they are at the least stressful point in their life is not helping when they're already stressed...

Merry 1st of december and happy christmas related songs to all. It is soon time for a lot of people to put lit candles on a dying tree inside their house and sing while standing/walking around it.
