A friend of mine wanted me to draw his Goron character for the Zelda-themed Pathfinder campaign we're going to play together. (As with my Zora character's drawing, I did not do the background. It's a blurred screenshot of the fire temple.)

A Goron from the Legend of Zelda series. He has a rock unibrow, a rock goatee, and silver ore in his rocky hair mimicking the "Reed Richards" grey streaks. Flakes of silver are buried within the rocks all over his body. Around his neck is a monk necklace made of rocks. He wears white pants with a shiny, blue cloth tied around his waist, and large metal gauntlets, used for mining. A blue version of the Goron symbol, rotated 120 degrees adorns his belt and the tattoo on his stomach. He has Hylian text tattooed all over his body. The tattoo on his left arm reads "Goromoro Mightyrock" which is his name. The tattoo on his right arm reads "Northern Territories" which is where he's from. The tattoo on his side appears to be some kind of prayer or mantra, but I actually hid my name there. Little joke for you if you're reading this... I had thought about making his tattoos be the opening paragraph of Bee Movie, but decided against it because it was too long and I didn't want my friend to be mad if he found out. Oh also the Goron is missing a tooth.

Playing Majora's Mask again, and now that I've completed all the quests and side quests, I'm planning the "perfect run" to solve everyone's problems before I break the time loop. Unfortunately, it's been a while since I've played, and I didn't realize it's not possible for one simple reason:

I also made this gif as a joke.

My friends and I are going to do a Zelda-themed tabletop campaign, so I drew a picture of my bard, river-zora character, Zirk, and his sea-zora bandmate, Lena. (Disclaimer: I did not draw that background. I took a screenshot of the 3DS version of Zora's Domain and blurred it.)

A short, green river-zora named Zirk plays a shell-shaped guitar alongside his music partner Lena, a tall, red sea-zora whose design is based on a nautilus.

They both wear hippie robes, with lots of bracelets, and they both have half a shell on a necklace (Lena has the half with a pearl).

The background is a blurred screenshot of the 3DS version of Zora's Domain.

Late to post this, but I participated in my first game jam last weekend, GMTK 2026. The theme was "countdown," and I made one where you press buttons at exactly "0." Any earlier or later will end in disaster. It's not great, but incase anyone wants to play it: spacepig22.itch.io/10-seconds-t...

Years ago, a company I worked for was considering doing something that made me feel gross, so I left. They didn't end up doing it (to my knowledge), and sometimes I regret leaving since it was steady pay... But I just saw what they're up to today and I'm 100% confident I made the right choice.

Spoiler Alert: The Mandalorian and Grogu's climax involves them flying a plane into the twins' tower.

After uploading that John Lennon/Sonic gag yesterday, I put it (and others) on the free tier of my Patreon yesterday. And I thought: one joke people definitely missed in my video was that the fake magazine has some jokes hidden in Japanese (Google-translated). www.patreon.com/posts/photos...

Sharing this clip from my last video because of all the visual gags and photoshopping I did, this was the one that had me laughing (at my own joke) the hardest, and, honestly, I think it's even funnier out of context.

I was surprised to see there wasn't that much 8-bit art of The Amazing Digital Circus... so here you go:

April Fools Day may be over, but I think misinformation about Sonic the Hedgehog is something we can enjoy all year round! I laughed at my own jokes way too much while making it. I dunno if that means it's good, or just that I had fun, but... here you go! youtu.be/exl1Qj1v7pg
