So I order someting on BOL.COM and have to pay right away. They send the order to a German firm. This firm uses a transport firm to deliver my order. I don't receive it. I get all the hassle of mailing and finding out what happened to my order. You know what: don't order on these big internet firms.

Ordering on sites like bol.com is cheap & easy. BUT when they don't deliver a 187 euro chair, there is no real person to contact, only mails to send & wait for reply. So when the delivery company GLS replies with a foto that is clearly not my house nor my package I am left with 187 euros less.
