Favoritism, mostly! Leadership here is very much a "Good Ol Boys Club" kinda thing. That and looking simply at work history job titles instead of work quality. I dont have the titles held that some of my competitors do, but have a history of doing a far better job at what I do.

Feels like I'm back at gym square one after basically not coming in at all for months due to excessive overtime but I'm here. Restarting at a bit lower intensity than I was at when I stopped to ease back into it.

Trees started changing color basically overnight... or sometime in the last few days anyways, I'm on vacation I've stayed inside for days to relax. 😂 I don't think I'm ready for fall yet though, even though its clearly here already.

I heard it goes up to 30 on Thursday! Ive always kind of been a profession fiend so I'm enjoying the update on those. It also at least looks and feels somewhat familiar because the last time I played retail was the first half of Dragonflight and thats when the prof windows started looking like this.

Feels like even the algorithm is trying to tell me to give up on losing weight. 😂 Its suddenly started showing me a bunch of videos of people who lost weight but still arent happy with the results, loose skin etc

The clouds look so strange tonight. Its like they and the rest of the sunsetting sky have been drawn or painted up above, with every tone of blue white and gray possible. Its kinda creepy weird yet beautiful.
