The 25th is a higher bar to clear for removal. Once invoked, POTUS can tell Congress he's fit for duty, he gets power back, and now Congress needs 2/3 vote in the house and 2/3 in the senate to remove him again. Impeachment and conviction is technically easier.

ADHD has killed a few of my friendships. The ones that understand are still around, but it's a small number. I do think some people view it as that "spork! I'm so random!" quirkiness rather than a serious issue that has been shown to shorten life expectancy and increase risk of accidental death.

It's hard not to feel a little paranoid when I am getting Microsoft Authenticator login approval prompts all day, along with daily emails with subject lines that have the names of people I know, and include phishing links. I promise you I am not worth this effort.

The amount of people that think the 25th amendment is a viable solution to remove the US president is disheartening. Impeachment takes less votes than what would be required when potus inevitably disputes the 25th and claims to be competent. It is not meant for this situation. Impeachment is.

Worked all day, then baked til 2am 😅 5 different shortbread variants - Fudge iced, Maple Powdered Sugar, Pumpkin Spice, Oreo filling, & Cinnamon Toast Crunch filling. Pic is what I get to keep from the leftovers. The rest is all packed up for my friend and her family. So tired, but so satisfied. 😝

Shortbread cookies in a tin, some as sandwich cookies on either side, then maple powdered sugar, fudge iced with sprinkles, and pumpkin spice with the sprinkles baked in.

I feel you on that! I only just started clothes shopping IRL instead of online, & it is anxiety inducing. At first anyway. Once I get into it, things aren't quite as nerve-wracking. Like you, makeup shopping hasn't been too bad. Ulta was stressful, but only because the associates are up your butt.
