I was getting tired of digging through the menus on my #IC7000 just to change settings. So why not build my own control panel? Time to create a custom GUI interface. Below #Radxa A7Z SBC connected to the TRX via CI-V, running on a 7-inch touchscreen. #amateurradio #hamradio

Thanks Greg. That is a simple project build on the modules that cost around 20-30$ in total. The biggest challenge I had was programming esp32. I'm not an dev but lerned a lot compiling a code. I've got a base of code so I can upgrade it and add a lot more features

Digi interface project completed. Inside some bits and boobs: USB Hub, USB isolator Adum3160, UART for RX/TX/RTS. Sound card CM108 isolated with audio transformers, ESP32, LCD 2.8inch. Ham weather refreshing every 1 min and pulling data from hamqsl #amateurradio #hamradio
