I Came By (2022) Man this shit went way differently then I thought, like people just keep getting themself in worse and worse messes also this movie has a way higher death toll then I ever expected.

Hell House LLC III: Lake of Fire (2019) Kinda the worst one so far? Feels kinda final and get it why it's like this but feel like they could've maybe done it smoother?

100

Hell House LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel (2018) Man curiosity killed the cat and all, don't go into abandoned things that have multiple confirmed causalities.

Gonjiam Haunted Asylum (2018) A really neat found footage with multiple perspectives and also shows that you shouldn't fake ghost sightings in real cursed places.

100

Seoul Station (2016) The animation in this was kinda rough but defo didn't expect where this was going, kinda dark.

Hell House LLC (2015) Really good pseudo-documentary, really interesting to see things getting worse and worse and not fully getting all the answers.

Frankenstein's Army (2013) Man such a unique premise, with like top tier set and prop design. Every monster design is goated. Like such inspired sights.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Coyote vs Acme Really funny, filled with a lot of heart. Them trying to bury the movie with the stuff it does is really ironic.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Train to Busan 2: Peninsula Kinda feels like this one lost the uniqueness the first one had. Like this was still good but felt more generic.

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

SMILE 2 (2024) Still good, like that stuff is shown more differently and the spotlight is on different things. Thought I think the first one is tad better.

Train To Busan (2016) A good zombie movie in a limited space, rather emotional and another piece of fiction that shows that CEOs are ontological evil.

SMILE (2022) Man this shit was great a really interesting thing to showcase a declining mental health and what one could do due to that.

100

Buffet Infinity (2025) If you a fan of Analog Horror then this is probs for you. Had some funny bits.

100

Incantation (2022) A really neat found footage (I think you can count it as it?), with some really gruesome stuff shown

100

Barbarian (2022) Man Zach really made 3 great horror movies in a row. How he doing that. Really hope to see more stuff from him.

Forgotten (2017) A really great movie, really didn't expect where it was gonna go.

100

Heavy Metal L-Gaim Really good show with great characters, many funny moments and good mech designs tho I do think you could trim the episode count as bit to make the story a bit more lean.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Re/Member: The Last Night Not as good as the first movie, but still an enjoyable watch.

Resident Evil (2026) Man this was a blast, they really somehow managed to get the vibes of an RE game into a movie perfectly. Really nice things sprinkled thought it and really gotta say I didn't expect the ending at all.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

Super Robot Wars Y My first SRW game and gotta say, really loved it. Dunno how but the gameplay really clicked with me and sucked me in. Learning about new mecha shows from it was also a blast.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Space Battleship Yamato (1974) Man watching this after having seen newer shows then it, really shows how much stuff they took from this and how influential it was. You can also feel them just making up stuff on the go it's kinda funny.

121

The difference between the first showing and the final one do be funny

020

MS Gundam IgLoo Man I really fucked with it, can't explain it very well but it just clicked with me? Could possibly become one of my fav gundam things??

100

Pinocchio Unstrung (2026) A really dumb but funny horror movie, like shit just happens and that's the best way to describe it. I think the best way to watch this movie would be sloshed with other people.

100

Good Boy (2025) A horror movie but from the perspective of an dog, surprisingly works very well also kinda has generational trauma?

Colony (2026) A neat way to make a zombie movie, really fun seeing how both the zombies and people have to change their strategies with each encounter. Also the cop character sucks and that's good, acab!

100

Possum (2018) Ehhhhhhhh, really didn't jell with this one.

100

House of Wax (2005) Man this one was great, really really liked it. The set design was insane, like so many unique things. Really recommend it for that alone.

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 30/08/2026

MS Gundam SEED Rather liked this one, funnily I would say that so far this is the most tonally consistent show? But yeah don't get why this one gets so much hate.

100

See You Tomorrow at the Food Court Ngl this kinda felt like watching a podcast? Like in a positive way, enjoyed it.

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Space Runaway Ideon: To Be Invoked Man this sure goes places, places in which everybody dies! But yeah I personally didn't dislike the OG ending but this one defo feels ways more hopeful and giving thematic weight.

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Zombie Land Saga: Yumeginga Paradise A insane movie (in the best way), I knew some snippets of the plot before watching it but that didn't prepare me for what this movie has in store. I really recommend it!

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

Space Runaway Ideon (1980) Neat show, really really episodic but had time with it. Ideon really just gets more insane power-wise the further in the show you go. The ending was kinda bitter-sweet.

100

Send Help (2026) Good movie, great even. Has some real tense moments, tho I think the main character came tad too easy with everything that she did?

100

Lockbox (2026) It was fine? Like not bad but also not that great, just fine.

100

Iron Lung (2026) Heard good things about this movie, and gotta say they were right. Even though it's over 2 hours it really doesn't feel that long, just great pace.

100

The Medium (2021) Man, just a fantastic watch. Thrilling, unpredictable and tragic, just can't recommend it enough.

100

The Empty Man (2020) This definitely didn't go the way I expect it to go, really wonder if someone could've guesses the big twist early? But yeah good.

100

Tragedy Girls (2017) While I liked the movie and enjoyed my time, I do think they characters got off scot-free tad too much. I think they could've changed the story and maybe it would be an even better movie.

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

I See You (2019) Man that was really greatly executed story, the way in the latter half things just change how you see everything is really good.

100

Ultra Q The Movie - Legend Of The Stars (1990) A neat thing, definitely wouldn't count it as a horror movie tho. It has some interesting themes in it, like preserving ancient history and not making everything an tourist trap.

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

A Dark Song (2016) Man this movie....was not good! Like it kinda starts interesting but the further it goes the more it falls apart. Really not good!

100

SoZalkanu @sozalkanu.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

As above, so below (2014) Found footage styled stuff is always neat, while I think stuff could've moved a tad faster overall I enjoyed myself watching it.

They Look Like People (2015) Hmmm ngl kinda too slow-burn for me? I could see someone really enjoying this, but this ain't my cup of tea.
