my 3rd bash at grissini, building on hte lessons of my last attempt the taste last time, perfect, a delight, the texture, bit too soft so we put these breadsticks through hell for our third batch, and my mouth waters looking at them (but they will have to wait until tomorrow...)

12 breadsticks on a tray (1 of the 3 trays i did this time), they are coated in poppy and sesame seeds, are long and thin and brown, to the lower left they are a little burned, but hey, not my fault the oven doesn't heat evenly and its not that bad
