If they tap into that potential for the next one, we could have an all-timer on our hands I think the lore and world building is super interesting.

Dude, this show is incredible!!! The praise is warranted. I agree with the episodes being a lot but slow and steady wins the race. But with this show being this good, you’re not gonna wanna stop watching. 🙌

Two future stars. I actually need to see this one

I’ve never played this many new releases in a year before. I’ve played 7 2026 games and Silver Pines & GTA VI will be #8 & #9. For me it’s been - God of War: Sons of Sparta - Love Eternal - Resident Evil Requiem 🥇 - Mouse: PI For Hire - Esoteric Ebb 🥉 - SW: Zero Company - The Blood of Dawnwalker 🥈

I can do without the spice but man this looks good.

I think I’m gonna not do a horror marathon for this October like I usually do. I don’t feel it. However. Silver Pines comes out on the 8th and it *will* be played. The demo was great! A survival horror Metroidvania? It has been on my radar for a minute now. Sign me up.

Game #37 - God of War: Chains of Olympus Date Finished - 9/29/2026 Rating - 6.5/10 I liked it less than I thought I would. A clear decline from what came before and despite the gameplay being relatively the same, everything else just wasn’t up to par for me. Hard to get invested. Ending was great.

Game #36 - New Super Mario Bros. Wii Date Finished - 9/25/2026 Rating - 8.5/10 It’s a step up from New Super Mario Bros. and it’s simply more fun. There’s more level variety and there’s actually different bosses this time. I haven’t played this in 16 years and it’s almost like I never left.

cam @southerntrendbc.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Before 2025, my experience with Super Mario was Super Mario 64 & New Super Mario Bros. Wii and that was it. Since 2025, I have been on a Super Mario journey and this is what it looks like so far. Only the 2D games currently. The 3D era will start after I play Super Mario Wonder. 🐘
