I started clearing the clutter in my office/studio and hit a binder full of ideas I saved from parenting zines when my kids were little. I cried from the grief of that era being over. Maybe that's why I feel anxious. This is why I procrastinate. I hate this part of my CPTSD/ADD ish. Want nap now.
