An anthro wolf named Sylvester. His body is a gradient starting with white at the tip of his enormous mane, all the way to dark grey at his toes and fingertips. He has long, shiny black claws at the end of each finger and toe, and his toe beans are white. His face, tail, ears, and various hair tufts are silver. He has a black chevron pattern on his shoulders, forearms, hips, and similar markings on sides & back. He has a large tuft of hair in the center of his chest, and a fluffy mane that hides his neck completely. He has 2 sharp fangs each on the top and bottom of his jaws that protrude outside of his mouth. His eyes are a very light blue. His arms are massive, almost as wide as his torso. His mouth is open in a big toothy smile.

On a whim I decided to throw my ethernet cable into my DisplayLink dock and get much better numbers. Not bad for a USB device with a bunch of stuff hooked up to it (including a monitor). Apparently showing some packet loss here but haven't noticed any issues yet.

One annoyance I'm running into while purging outlook's vault... I *had* sweep rules set up in place to prevent emails from stacking up as bad. But as I invert sort by time and go to my oldest emails... I see the same companies I have rules for, but THEY USED DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

So it turns out if you DNS block copilot[dot]microsoft[dot]com it stops the garbage from working 😂

Honestly I forgot about an extension, I've got AdGuard Home running on a Hassio Pi 4 at the DNS level which is where it blocked it for me originally. I do have easylist/easyprivacy enabled in uBlock Origin but I've had it disabled on Bsky for a while now because there aren't any ads here

I ended up manually unblocking it using custom filtering rules which override filter lists. I couldn't really find documentation on it but I also can't find a reason for it to be blocked other than it had the word "events" in the subdomain which isn't reason enough to block it for me.

Odd, AdGuard apparently updated filters yesterday and started blocking events.bsky.app but I can't tell why it started blocking it? Can't really find any documentation with that address. Caused a pretty big spike in blocks today but the website and app seemed to continue working?

Happy Halloween! 🎃 A perfect day to share this piece @huniiheart.bsky.social made of my boys a couple years ago.

Ceroth (a Minotaur) and Reggie (a 10 foot tall anthro Regal Jumping Spider) sitting on some hay bales by a campfire in a fall scene. As an example, this is the Warn setting: so I can still see the post, it just hides the image until I interact with it. I can choose to completely hide it or show it in moderation settings instead, but this way I can still see the posts if I want without getting flashbang'd opening the app

One neat feature of Bluesky is labelers! These can be used for a few different things, even moderation/curating your feed. There's also a few self-labelers that can make things a bit more fun. Some examples: Pronouns: @pronouns.adorable.mom Sona/Species: sonasky.bsky.social

An interesting thing I had not considered. When a user is hidden (but not blocked) due to moderation settings from a labeler such as @aimod.social they can still interact with your posts and affect like/repost counts, but you can't see their interaction directly, nor do you get notified of it.
