you're not being gaslit, you're probably having trouble reconciling the fact that mamdani's policies and supporters are as liberal as they come, and the "old guard" like Biden's presidency and Harris's campaign support a domestic platform that is nearly identical to what Mamdani's platform is for NYC.

Mamdani has an 'establishment Democrat's' platform and ran on it earnestly. Hochul, Schumer, somewhat Gillibrand and all the other NY Democrat ghouls all have supported or passed policies that are similar in part or whole. Hochul implementing congestion pricing is from the exact same binder school streets comes out of, barely a page over.
