I've said it once and I'll say it again, I used to do interviews 15+ years ago. Had many folks bring beverages, and never once did it affect the interview or whether they were successful. It would have if it was alcohol, but coffee, water or a soda, have at it.

I used to interview people, folks used to bring water or coffee on a pretty regular basis. I never once judged them for the beverage, it didn't affect their answers to my questions or my behavioural observations. That was 20 years ago.

Lessons learned this week. You can tear all of the muscles in your chest from overexertion and it feels a lot like a heart attack. Naproxen is wicked hard on acid reflux even with good stomach drugs.

Where did I say destroy a captive market? I said reduce access, not eliminate. We need to create a pinch point where it'll be noticed. There is a significant international market for potash; it'll sell regardless, especially considering the global shortage of fertilizer.

Our first successful foster is up for adoption starting tomorrow! I'm so happy we got her to this point, because the first two weeks we weren't sure she'd ever be adoptable. I'm also bawling because lil Lynx has stolen our hearts. But she can't be a fail, since the last one already was. #kitten
