The biggest issue I’ve had is the square shape of the sides of the base ring. That pinch point between the cage and the ring takes a lot of getting used to!

👍 Not really any long term problems. It wasn’t until about day 115 that I wasn’t having to use lotion 3-4 times a day. But that’s the problem with resin. Rather tough on the skin.

It does come with an “anti-pull out” glans ring. It’s more of a trap, but it does a very good job of holding the cage close to the body. You CAN intentionally pull out of it, but then the ring will stay inside the cage and cause “painful pressure” until the cage is unlocked. Otherwise, sadly, no.
