Skeletons in the fossil mod come in "difficulty tiers"; depending on how large and/or famous the animal is, a skeleton can require 5, 10, 15 or 20 pieces to be completed! Will you be lucky and make a museum with all your favorites or have lots of lesser known treasures? #mcdev #dinosaurs #paleoart
An image showing an example of each of the skeleton difficulty tiers, from the left:
Acanthostega (5 pieces), Dimetrodon (10 pieces), Ceratosaurus (15 pieces) and Pliosaurus (20 pieces)

All laid out on Quartz blocks inside a building

Skeletons in the Fossil Mod are assembled from several pieces; each time you find one, right click the skeleton you've already placed to see a new piece get added to it live! completing fossils may take time, what will your museum have? #mcdev #dinosaurs #paleoart #prehistory

The Fossil add-on has two major types of fossils to display: - displayable skeletons, assembled from several pieces - displayable slabs, single piece pieces usually of fishes, inverts or smaller superior vertebrates What will your museum be like? #dinosaurs #minecraftmodding #paleoart #prehistory
