The middle one shows a distribution of sampled noise over the past few seconds, it is not uniform. The bottom one shows the results of d100 rolls and their frequency - which appears to be uniform and fair.

If you struggle with getting started doing stuff, as I do, this might help. I came up with this "bore/chore" method which is basically "Set aside time, use it to either do the thing or be bored".
A document detailing the "bore/chore" method.

"Start a task by making complete boredom the only alternative!
Put aside a block of time to work on a task, then split it in two:

1st Half: Bore Time
• Begin work
• ...or be bored
• NOTHING else!

2nd Half: Chore Time
• Keep going!
• You can take breaks
• You can quit any time

Tips:
• Bore Time is for creating some momentum, Chore Time is for using it.
• Things that alleviate boredom are forbidden during Bore Time. This might include: messages, videos, music, daydreaming, reading, snacking - anything more appealing than the task is out!
• If it helps, you may allow some things as you work during bore time (eg; podcasts, music) - but you must pause them while not wprking on the task!
• Be more lenient during Chore Time, anything that was forbidden is now allowed (as long as it doesn’t distract you too much)!
• Don't beat yourself up! Sometimes we try and it just doesn't happen. If you make it through Bore Time then you earned a break! You can give it another shot later!
• Don't set an alarm for the end of Bore Time: you won't want the distraction if you’re working, if you're bored then you're probably checking the time already.
• When you finish or quit, you can decide when the next bore/chore time block is (it can be right away if you're in the zone!)
• Too short a block of time and boredom won’t motivate you, too long and you might be wasting time bored when it would be better to quit and try again later.
• Bore time is NOT meant to be a punishment! If it’s stressing you or pushing you toward a meltdown then abort ASAP! For future attempts, try to find a way to be comfortably/safely bored.

I've also been doing another lemmings port in secret - of the title font! Turns out nobody has ever actually made a font before, even official projects either pick a different cartoony font or just redraw the title themselves. It's still very WIP though, please ignore the "y"!

Realised I haven't posted this here yet: This is every possible numerically-balanced d20 layout. If you know a dice-maker please pass this on to them - it'll make their dice roll fairer on average. #Dice #TTRPG
Image of six icosahedron nets with the faces numbered. Text goes into detail:
"All d20 layouts that are fully balanced numerically"
There are only six number layouts (and their reflections) for a d20 that are optimally fair.
The most common layout (where the 20 is surrounded by 2, 14, 8) is NOT numerically balanced, apart from by opposite-face sum (Which only helps negate bias from a squashed shape).
d20 dice with the above layouts should roll the expected value (10.5) on average, even if their shape is squashed (common for very old, cheap, or melted dice), their center of mass is offset (common in dice with inserts, multiple materials, air bubbles), or are not fully isohedral where faces/edges are slightly different (common for handcrafted gem/glass/metal dice, and dice not evenly tumbled).
Key features:
- Opposite faces always sum 21 (two faces with an average value of 10.5)
- Faces around each vertex always sum 53 or 52 (five faces with average value of 10.6 or 10.4)
- A face's three adjacent faces always sum 32 or 31 (three faces with average value of 10.666 or 10.333)
Feel free to use any of thes layouts above for your own dice to make them fairer overall.

It's an incremental dice game for just one player. It only takes up a little time each day (unless you want to binge it!) I started making it as an excuse to roll all the weird dice I own. You really don't *need* lots of strange dice to play it buuuuut if you are a dice goblin, this is for you!
Two-page illustration of four different devils sat drinking at tables in a bar. Each has a box describing their hiring cost, name, rules, and some flavour text. The Page text reads:

Devil Worlds ONLY
"Hmm, not our usual kind of patron… well you’re welcome as long as your blood is thick enough and you take part in at least one brawl before you leave. Buy some other patrons a drink, and maybe they’ll even fight for you!”

The devils and their flavour text are:
Frenzied Fiend: “Violence? Violence! VIOLENCE!”
Fearsome Fiend: “Evil souls are more delicious. And what could be more evil than creating this prison of lies… I’m salivating at just the thought!”
Fickle Fiend: “A mortal? I’ll NEVER fight alongside- oh… ale? Okay, sure thing, boss!”
