I also found it hit-or-miss but I respected it as an experiment and as a show that opened up what they were willing to do with Sentai storytelling. Unfortunately John Toei is my mortal enemy and shelved the entire franchise two shows later so it amounted to nothing.

They went REALLY nuts with it in Kingohger, I think as an experiment to see how far they could push it and probably realized how restrictive it was with the budget they tend to work in lmao.

I like these a lot except for the neck piece?? it feels more like jewelry then scales which doesn't quite work for me??

020 2

SonoMikan 🧡🍊 @sonomikan.mom · 21h

They're mostly visible on her arms given her outfit but they're just always there now. I had some other scale mods for her but they didn't feel quite right. Where these are just the body scales for Raen Au Ra which I think kinda works perfect.

SonoMikan 🧡🍊 @sonomikan.mom · 21h

tee hee after some digging i finally found a mod to just slap raen scales on Rider. I think from 7.1 forward she probably just has patches of scales all the time since Vidofnir's aether is so entwined with hers at this point (5.1->7.0 they just showed up during periods of high stress prob.)

Windows forced and update and for some reason this update causes my pc to, completely at random, stop recognizing that my monitors are connected to it and the only way to fix it is restarting my pc so

It would genuinely be so cool if as part of his “Let Link and Zelda do all the hard work for me” plan in the child timeline if he orchestrated Link hatching Volvagia ITS SUCH A GOOD PLOT BEAT SHIGERU MIYAMOTO PLEASE I AM BEGGING 🙏

SonoMikan 🧡🍊 @sonomikan.mom · 15/10/2026

Given how adamant they've always been that the manga isn't canon (I assume due to a 3rd party writer) I doubt it, but let me tell you if they gave me the manga Volvagia story in this game I'd lose my fucking marbles and never be normal again
