So, I am super happy to discover the lockers back in place, the ability to choose in-store or locker pick-up, plus an option for requesting an accessible location (lower level locker for wheelchair users)! P.S. This should be available options at all stores! #accessibility #downwithableism #dei

Got to give a kudos to @ikeacanada.bsky.social for listening to feedback on accessibility! Last year I complained about the store removing pick-up lockers & its impact on those with mobility challenges. Particularly when it meant walking further to customer service & dealing with pushing a cart.

History shows unchecked executive power erodes justice. From Jim Crow to apartheid, leaders have who dismantled protections deepened oppression. Trump’s rollbacks of DEI, immigration, and trade echo this dangerous pattern. If unchallenged, the impact will last generations.

The appointment of Hegseth as US Secretary of Defence is a troubling progression. In the early 2000s, when I worked with YWAM in South Africa, I was introduced to the concept of the “7 spheres of society” aka “7 Mountains Mandate” in which we should aim to have influence, or DOMINION over.
