I earnestly think the Dems should fund independent crank campaigns throughout rural america. I’d love to run on a gun rights, subsidized septic systems, lower boat registration fees and time abolishment platform. I could get 20-30% of the vote out here no doubt

My friend grows amazing dahlias and puts them up at the brewery. The ones that look like candy corns are so cool looking

So I take it back, I have brewed a pumpkin beer but it’s a slow moving rye and kabucha squash barrel soured (lacto and brett). It doesn’t have pumpkin pie spices though so it really is more of an unorthodox sour than anything. But I will say the pumpkin beer market window is too small!

I once had a meeting with a guy who was really into MAGA, kinda felt bad for him as his phone sent some sorta fundraising notification about every 5 minutes during our hour long meeting. He even had me look at his phone at one point just in time for one of those messages.

I’m extremely hyped about this new tide monitoring systems, with bodies of water as funky as the canal, tide charts as they current exist give us the vibe but not the precision. We’ve had some really surprising king tides from atmospheric pressure and I only assume weather is gonna get less stable
