For the sake of finding some highlights, I did manage to pick up both Aventurine · Waveflair and his Light Cone, thanks to the event Jades and some serious luck. And I did enjoy watching Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die and Seven Psychopaths with Vrada. I need to just force myself to sleep now.

I saw there was a new 4-star Elation Light Cone and decided to do single pulls for it. At 20 pity, I got Robin Summeretto's LC. I got the Elation LC in the next single pull. And then I got Robin Summeretto at 44 pity. Apparently I only have insane luck on banners I'm not interested in. 💀

Recent Gacha updates: + Picked up Dialyn and her W-Engine for my Banyue team during the current rerun banners in ZZZ. + Accidentally pulled Odette because I forgot you get a copy of Alyosha for free in Genshin. + Finally hit Max Level in Infinity Nikki (please don't judge me).

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Whoops. I better get started on this event before I run out of time. 💀 #GenshinImpact

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 05/08/2026

So many gacha updates~ HSR: Completely drained my Jades to get a copy of Rin for my Archer team and got my first E6 character (Yanqing). ZZZ: Pulled Ramielle, her sig and her Bangboo and claimed Hugo and his for the anniversary. WuWa: Pulled Changli on the Starpath Reverbs banner.

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

Okay, so I may have almost completely drained all of my remaining saved up Jades to pull for Dan Heng PT's Light Cone and Evernight because I wanted my Remembrance team to be stronger and him to be a better sustain...

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 15/07/2026

I ended up having to go to pity three dang times because I lost my Himeko Nova 50/50 to standard Himeko (welcome home, E4), but I got her and her Light Cone! ✨ I was hoping my luck would be better so I'd have enough Jades left over to go for Aventurine SP next patch, but that's not looking good~ 💀

For the record, I can't see any NSFW posts on here on either of my accounts. That github workaround did make it possible to continue accessing Bluesky, but it doesn't seem to get around this stupid fucking nonsense.

110

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

Bluesky really just rolled that out and thought it was gonna fly, huh.

010

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

Got really lucky and managed to win my 50/50 on Lucy’s collab banner in WuWa right as I ran out of steam to grid in-game anymore. ✨ I also grabbed Sandrone a few days after the patch dropped in Genshin since I was already basically at pity and she was on guarantee. Time to sleep, I think. 😴

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

I definitely ended up cutting it close, but I managed to grind just enough Asterites to get Denia before her banner ends tomorrow. Now to actually build my Aemeath team~ #WutheringWaves

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 03/06/2026

I think @milobuppoart.bsky.social rubbed off on me because I watched him pull for Mortenax Blade and his Light Cone earlier and get both very quickly, so I got tempted to pull for his LC too and got it at 27 pity. Bless his Buppo luck, aah! ;o; ✨

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 01/06/2026

While Yao Guang didn’t arrive as quickly as I would have liked, I did win my 50/50, so I did a couple of extra pulls, beat the 50/50 again and got Mortenax Blade at only 19 pity. \o/ #HonkaiStarRail I also got my bby boyo Starlight Billy and his weapon earlier in the week~ ✨ #ZenlessZoneZero

I guess the rumor that the second part of the HSR x Fate collab was coming soon was true! #HonkaiStarRail

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 21/05/2026

The first time I've gotten a double of a Limited 5-Star and, of course, it was for a character I was gonna skip before playing the Main Story Quest. XD (I lost the 50/50, then did two more pulls and got the double). I also finally snagged Durin for my Varka team! ✨ #WutheringWaves #GenshinImpact

I put Miranda Priestly on my island and the very first thing she did when I looked away was be a dick to Spider-Man. The lore accuracy.

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 22/04/2026

Beating the 50/50 for Silver Wolf LV.999’s banner? Yay! ✨ Having to go all the way to hard pity? Not so much. 💀 I don’t have the energy to play the story update tonight, but I went ahead and pulled for her and claimed Huohuo with the free 5-Star Selector gift for now~ #HonkaiStarRail

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 18/04/2026

I will say that I appreciate that my kitty stops parkouring around the house to follow me if he sees me go to bed during the day, patiently waits for me to get under the covers, then promptly hops into bed and curls up against the back of my legs to nap.

030

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 07/04/2026

I did not manage to get Escoffier during her rerun, so Skirk shall continue collecting dust in my roster, unfortunately. I did get about 50 in to pity, so hopefully Durin’s eventual rerun will go well. Also, Tomb Raider I-II-III Remastered was one of the monthly PS+ games, so I did get that!

020

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 31/03/2026

Got Ashveil on guarantee, then decided to go for his Light Cone so I wouldn’t have to take away Feixiao’s. He’s a damn beast, so I think I made a good call~ ✨ I also got to see the Express Crew as furries and chat with my beloved husband Screwllum, so it was a good update. 💜 #HonkaiStarRail

020

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 28/03/2026

OH. Well, that was certainly unexpected.

030

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 18/03/2026

Managed to snag Varka, but I failed to get his weapon because I waited until the very last day to try grinding for primos. 💀 I did get a 5-Star polearm from the Standard Banner, though! And I know I should’ve saved, but I went for Luuk in WuWa anyway because they rarely release male characters.

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 13/03/2026

Awww ye, HSR Special Program time~

001

They didn’t have the game I was looking for when I went out to GameStop, but they did have this neat controller! And I stopped by the Baskin Robbins next door right after and they accidentally gave me a large milkshake when I ordered a medium. All in all, it was worth venturing out tonight. ✨

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

I lost my 50/50 on Luuk’s banner and now I have my first maxed out 5-Star Standard Banner unit from any of the gachas I play. Does R6 make him broken? The last time I used Calcharo was probably the launch patch of #WutheringWaves.

110

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 26/02/2026

So I may have done a couple of YOLO 10-pulls in Wuthering Waves, just to see what would happen~ ✨

110

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 25/02/2026

I lost my Varka 50/50 to Keqing and apparently he decided to show up outside of his artifact domain to laugh at me. :<

100

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

Huh. Apparently Sampo was the only 4-Star character in HSR that I didn’t have at E6 yet. I guess that’s all of them now!

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

I’ve done it. I finally beat Genshin Impact. Alexa, please play Cinderella by Britney Spears.

Lost my 50/50 to Yanqing at around 67 pity, only to get a double 40 pulls later, so now I’m guaranteed for the next 5-Star! So between pulls on both Limited and Standard banners tonight, I got Hysilens, E5 Yanqing, E4 Bronya and E3 Himeko~ Plus the free Sparkle and Ruan Mei skin. ✨ #HonkaiStarRail

I know folks try to give HSR grief for every story quest since the beginning of Penacony being a billion hours long, but I'm not gonna let anyone pretend that the stories aren't fulfilling and interesting or that the hype moments and OST during boss fights don't fuckin' SLAP.

010

Soma @sombramapache.bsky.social · 05/02/2026

Shout out to Zenless Zone Zero for having a skip button because I had not done the main story or the Sword Seeker event quest, started them tonight at 10:42 PM and just barely finished with twenty-two and a half minutes to spare while smashing that skip button the whole time. 💀

If you haven't started it already, either today or tomorrow is the last day you can begin Durin's Character Quest in #GenshinImpact and still finish before the timer runs out. Just remember to log in and play each chapter every day for the next five days in a row~ (Yes, the time-gating is dumb.)

You'll back down eventually. Because 1-3 years from now, you're gonna be fired, then you're gonna be prosecuted and then you're gonna spend the rest of your life in prison. Get your affairs in order, get right with your God and get a lawyer. It won't make a difference, but it'll be funny to watch.
