Often, it feels like the point of side projects really is the journey rather than the destination. So it’s nice to be learning and building and creating. But man, would be nice to actually _arrive_ at the destination sometimes 😅

Currently have three side projects at about 80% completion, one fully designed but not started, half a dozen pixel art projects, a half rebuilt gaming PC, countless half completed textbooks. Realising the only projects I really finish these days are work ones. Not sure how I feel about that.

Feel like one of the greatest indicators of my growth as a person is that these days I always make sure I actually have a stock of Antidote, Eye Drops, Soft etc _before_ exploring the dungeon. #jrpg #finalfantasy #wellstockedmedicinecabinetsaresexy

Yessss mate! You know it makes sense! Also, damn you and your inspirational posts, I’ve reopened Godot and Pixaki this weekend for my own project for the first time in months. I blame you for this positive and healthy development, ya git.

Compulsively refreshing the Steam Deck order tracking will make it ship sooner right? Shout out to the fellow “Processed payment” status gang 🫠

I don’t wanna say I’m becoming obsessed with the digital Pokémon trading card game but I’ve bragged about my Pikachu EX to like four different people today.

Been so long since I’ve done microblogging that I have no idea what to write in these places anymore. Anyway, I’m Alex. I love: - bikes (BMX, MTB), - games (RPG, simulation), - building software (web, native apps, games) - photography Nice to meet you, probably!
