Quebec is a pretty major problem I agree, especially considering how poorly it is run outside of Montreal (aka the remaining 3m population and geographical area the size of the moon, roughly) I’m just not sure how well this federal provincial system is working these days lol in general

I am firmly on board with the useful aspects of AI and am in the process of installing one of the open source models on my M2 Pro, but I would never for a second consider that it was conscious because I’m not a complete idiot who doesn’t understand how computers work lol
