Idk if I complained about it but my pc crashed 4 months after I built it. Also, data recovery is really easy to do at home. Like $30 for the sata dock. Try that first before sending it off for data recovery.

I get that ptsd and cptsd are very big on heart issues but thats a huge improvement. I dont eat healthy. I sleep like shit. I work way too much. I figured my heart was fucked. It was just stress.

3 years ago I was being warned about a possible heart attack or stroke. Now im being told my heart is fine. I stopped taking anxiety meds and I have therapy. Thats all thats changed.
