Some initial art of the abandoned village and cemetery. Not much to say here.

Some concept art of the flower fields and ruins. I probably could've drawn so many more flowers, but I wanted to keep the design simple and easy to recognize.

An attempt at drawing our witch and cat with more normal proportions (and NOSES). I always imagined the witch having a heavier build.

Concept art of Merlin, everyone's favorite cat! Look at them cats.

Concept art of the Forest Spirit, everyone's favorite bush! I was considering having an animation where he literally just runs off with the witch for quick travel. Alas, maybe if I was a better animator.

Mock-ups of the game's interface. I ended up going through several iterations; this was the first pass.

More interface mock-ups, this time for the crafting interface. This also took a while to figure out, had to do several passes.

Key art for the game release, a picture of the witch in a snowy field. I'm still not completely satisfied with the snowfall.

Some basic drawings of the witch and scenery to start figuring out an art style. I'm not sure why I picked this background texture for the concepts, but I ended up running with it going forward.

Basic layout of the cottage! There was some initial plans to have a room to review the forest map, but the idea was scrapped. Really proud of how this cottage turned out though.

An army of drawings for the witch's casual clothes. I was originally planning on selecting one outfit, but at the end two were used for the cottage interior.
