The Plug Into the Sun Act (SB 868) would bring safe Plug-In solar to California by requiring all Plug-In systems in the United States be certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) or an equivalent nationally recognized testing laboratory. And UL is already on the job! So, what is UL anyway?
