I heard about what's going on with Tapas right now. So... if you want to read the comic before Tapas shuts down, the webtoons should be available there. (I may make my own website about my comic but maybe in the near future) Link to Webtoons: www.webtoons.com/en/canvas/fe...

All right, just need to test the xdelta file patches and then I can release the damn Gen 7 hack I've spent the last month dicking around with. Could probably do this with the other 3DS games, could also scream into a void. Both are very tempting.

Censorship is the enemy of creative expression AND it's also the enemy of queer freedom, which I assumed everyone realized when the credit card stuff happened but apparently not.

Purity culture is when you stop going "I don't want to read/see that" and start going "No one should read/see that" Like, genuinely, "don't like don't read" was really good advice and y'all mocked it because people convinced you it was because people "couldn't take criticism".

Decided to do one of these but moreso about my favorite playthroughs as VDavid.

So I am doing more troubleshooting for the USUM hack and I am really starting to like Popplio more. They're like a puppy in Pokemon Amie

Forget what I said about Pristimon's line.

010

David Grimm @solarfenrir.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I like Chiropmon's mega but Pristimon just feels like they went off the rails with this line as time went on. We started with a Red Panda, to a Wolverine, to a Bearcat, to a bear with claws. As a Digimon design, it's great but as a Mega Level to Pristimon, it misses the mark for me =/

And now for some art. Here is the Biomerge for my Digimon AU. David and their partner BlackGatomon combine their data and soul and become one. Obviously, this is not the exact Beelstarmon, but the idea was a combination[hence the top surgery/scars on Beelstar] #Digimon #art #pixelart #beelstarmon

On the one hand, it's at least being used to assist and not replace the work of translators. At the same time however, given how much time will likely be spent to ensure the translation is of good quality and efficient, why not just use the human translators instead of AI to begin with?

David Grimm @solarfenrir.bsky.social · 10/09/2026

So, new Metroid game. Hell yes. This Special Edition though? Not for me, especially when compared to the one for Dread. The steelbook is cool but I don't see the Amiibo as a good enough incentive personally to get it over the standard. (also Dread had an art book)

Listen, it's okay to let Banjo stay buried. The old guard that made the games aren't there anymore and new generations have the Yooka Laylee series. It had a good run, maybe it's best we let it die in peace.

A lot of people are mad at the judge for this and I was about to do the same. But then I looked at a recent article and he agrees that this is fucked up but can only do so much as an appeal judge. So the real target of my anger is at the Supreme Court, make an addendum or something regarding this.

Life is like a train and you are its sole conductor. As time goes on, you gain new crew and passengers and lose some returning ones but you always build memories with those people and on the train ride itself. Eventually, that train will stop touching the track but it was a good time while it lasted
