#夏五 #gego WIP: "I'm Courting You Now, I Guess?" Chapter 28 I'm writing this scene and I thought it was hilarious, so I wanted to share lmfao

“Do you trust me, Satoru?” Suguru asks. “I have an idea.”

“Yeah, ‘course I trust you.” Satoru swallows.

“Don’t be afraid to use the safe word if it’s too much.” Suguru leans forward to kiss him. It is a chaste kiss, a small but meaningful gesture of his boundless affection, and Satoru mellows underneath him, some of that special shine returning to his lidded gaze.

Suguru is, unfortunately, a bit of a bastard. After Satoru completely relaxes into the kiss, he parts from his lips, grabs the backs of his knees, and then attempts to fold him in half. He scrutinizes his face for any sign of discomfort as he tests his flexibility, pushing his knees closer to his shoulders at a slow pace, but the expression he finds almost causes him to burst into laughter.

Satoru looks puzzled, his nose crinkling in bemusement, his brows furrowing at the stretch of his leg muscles. It’s as if his brain is struggling to comprehend what is happening; the cogs are whirling and smoking in his head, but nothing is computing as it should.

“What are you doing?” Satoru deadpans.

“What do you think I’m doing? I’m putting you in a mating press.” Suguru adds cheerfully, “You’re doing great, by the way.”

"Lighthouse AU" i'm doing some heavy edits right now for fun, and i've heard that #wipwednesday is a thing, and it's still wednesday in my heart, so... 🌸🌸🌸🌸

As she places an unsteady foot onto the dock, Geto welcomes Ieiri with a hug, to which she responds in kind and pats his back with one hand, a Gladstone bag occupying the other hand. Like a gracious host, he escorts her to his home across the island and employs every measure of hospitality his humble abode can offer, pouring a mug of that inoffensive tea for her. She accepts the mug with a groggy word of appreciation as she sinks into the cozy chair prepared for her, sets her equipment onto the floor, and takes a small sip from her beverage.

Geto allows her to recuperate in peace before he opens a conversation, but then she surprises him by groaning, “I hate sailing.”

“You do look paler than I remember,” he comments lightly, but then his tone becomes more teasing as he confesses. “I almost gagged after watching you lose your stomach over the guard rails.”

“You watched my misery from the height of your tall, glorified flashlight, huh?” Ieiri grumbles. “My sea sickness is unbearable, but don’t let me forget to examine your eyes today because I didn’t vomit this time—thank you very much.”
