Hi #PortfolioDay ! I'm Midnight, and I'm a 3D artist by day and a 2D Digital Illustrator by night I like bright contrasting colours and am very normal about vampires ✨

A portrait of my OC on a bright fuchsia background. They have an unnaturally white skin, cyan eyes with no irises and long hair in shades of blue, cyan and fuschia

Fan art of Alucard from Castlevania in a bright blue background. He'sposing towards the right looking directly at the viewer.

Fan art of Affogato Cookie from Cookie Run. He's humanized and holding a decorated fan with his palette of purple, black and white. He's looking towards the left in a red background

An illustraion of my oc observing from a distance in a quiet winter forest. Reindeers seem small against them.

Human Artist, let's QRT with your work! Before After

An unfinished illustration depicting Alucard from the Castlevania series. this is based on a scene in Nocturne, where he's looking towards the right. His outfit is a hybrid between the games and Nocturne's depiction.

I have 2: Lineart is optional and you can just refine your sketch until it looks lineart-ish, and you can add them back in after rendering! If you want to aim a more "painterly" look, you don't have to make sure the colours are 100% correct when layering; you can merge the layers then render then!

The final result closeup of a fanart featuring affogato cookie from cookie run. He's looking towards the right caressing an iridescent snake with his left hand while holding his staff on his right hand.

The sketch closeup of a fanart featuring affogato cookie from cookie run. He only has flat colours on his and the lines are very messy, the snake is purple in this early version as well. He's looking towards the right caressing the snake with his left hand while holding his staff on his right hand.

The coloured sketch closeup of a fanart featuring affogato cookie from cookie run. The lines are still very messy and the only additions compared to the sketch is a rough shadows layer using multiply and a rough lighting layer using colour dodge. He's looking towards the right caressing the snake with his left hand while holding his staff on his right hand.

I find it so funny how my translator extension over translates this site so you get unhinged shit like this

screenshot of affogato cookie's tag auto translated to drowned cookie, which yes it's an accurate translation from italian but no I don't think that's what it's meant aha

screenshot of the "reposted by" where the original user is Yuuzea, but it got autotranslated to "Sell it". Like no, I don't think that's the correct name

Beginning(ish) of Covid -> now wanted to focus on portraits this time around to see how much I changed

Art from end of 2020 of vil schoenheit from twisted wonderland. It's a bust type of portrait.

Art from 2024 from my original character Polaris. It's a portrait of them with their hood up, with the only lighting coming from their bangs, reminiscent of the Aurora Borealis.
