After 2.5 months you should be down to twice a day. When sizing up do a 5 minute "warm up" on your current size then switch to the next size. My size up strat was to do the warm up/switch combo for 2-3 weeks, then stay on that new size for another 2-3 then do it all over with the next size up (3/5)
