Have you ever made friends with a crow? They don’t visit my garden often enough for me to try. Ink and watercolor drawing #inkdrawing #crow #spookyseason #madisonartists

Clip studio ”Cat Pen Meow” test. For some reason non anti-aliased brushes feel more like actual ink. (Witch Hat Atelier sketches are just studies from manga panels) #sketchbook #スケッチ #art #ocs #イラスト #csp #drawing #animeart

Last night we compared Jupiter Ascending movie score, The Planets, and Isao Tomita‘s electronic version. youtu.be/5qtc95QSBGA youtu.be/FTGpL1JPzIc youtu.be/5DnaxiQBU4I SO: This is one of the foundational pieces of modern film music. Me: Some of this reminds of The Hut on Chicken Legs. #filmmusic

I love to draw technically possible, but impractical clothing. looks great in illustrations, but for designing characters it’s harder. - would you draw this multiple times? - does it have layers? Can it be worn multiple ways? #sketchbook #スケッチ #art #ocs #イラスト #csp #drawing #animeart

I guess it rained and then dipped cool enough for shiitake to bloom this week 🌱

It’s been an entire year last Sunday of sketching and rewriting stories. I got a beginning, backstory and lots of sketches I don’t wanna show anyone. My biggest breakthrough lately is realizing gray doesn’t have to be boring. #sketchbook #スケッチ #art #ocs #イラスト #csp #drawing #animeart

Kitsune Procession. I was inspired by a hike on Mount Kurama in Japan. I loved the area completely full of tree roots. Drawn with ink and watercolors #inkdrawing #foxes #penandink #kitsune #art

I dyed some shirts this weekend. I really don’t like the dark green and blue needs more variation. Dark red and orange combination continues to be awesome. I particularly like the pattern on the first one created by doing accordion fold on the edge.
