This has got to be from the winter of 2008-9. The next year I had a different winter bike. I think I was riding 6 miles each way to work back then, but I was younger and in better shape. It wasn't ideal for winter riding, but I remember having fun anyway. #bikesky

Bought some clearance sale frame bags. I'm out of shape and slow, and I remember the tires felt slow compared to others when I put them on the bike. I'm definitely not moving that fast, but the panniers always made the bike feel sluggish, and I don't need them as often these days. #bikesky
