Couples therapist did Parts Work with my husband yesterday and it was interesting to watch. I didn't love the way she introduced it but I think she still made an impression and possibly good strides. It's funny to be so passionate about a methodology and so critical too and see your husband try it

Thinking of Emily Nagoski's emotional floorplan and realizing it can be used in other ways. When I first started EMDR, I built myself a house I could feel safe in and it has served me in sessions time and time again. What if we all need to build a house for different reasons?
