Catching up on Beyond the Gates. - Are we sure Leslie wasn’t responsible for Ragnarök? - Lynette is good at the conniving villain eyes look. - Probably not a popular opinion, but Derek and Ashley have become more tolerable. She’s much less hyper. - Hayley’s reaction after Lynette punched her. 😂

Watched two new TV-series during the holidays. The Rainmaker (2025), based on a John Grisham novel, was really good. For those who like legal drama, thrillers/suspense and some humor. The Forsytes (2025) is a period drama and family saga. Think it’s late 19th century in season 1.

#BeyondTheGates catching up, episode 166. The Andre and Dani scenes from Wednesday were really well-written. Great acting. 👏👏 Andre talking about how he missed his parents hugs, laughter and love. 💔 Hit close to home.

#GH Emotional scenes with Lois and Brook Lynn. 💔 I like Lois, BLQ and Blaze. Wish GH would show some scenes or video calls from the tour (with all three). Then Lois and Blaze can return to PC together. Know it won’t happen, but one can dream.

Catching up on Beyond the Gates (episode 151). Cousins? Would never had guessed. Wow, Hayley is evil. 👀🍿

WGA Statement on ABC’s Decision to Pull Jimmy Kimmel Live!

The right to speak our minds and to disagree with each other - to disturb, even - is at the very heart of what it means to be a free people. It is not to be denied. Not by violence, not by the abuse of governmental power, nor by acts of corporate cowardice.
As a Guild, we stand united in opposition to anyone who uses their power and influence to silence the voices of writers, or anyone who speaks in dissent. If free speech applied only to ideas we like, we needn't have bothered to write it into the Constitution. What we have signed on to - painful as it may be at times - is the freeing agreement to disagree.
Shame on those in government who forget this founding truth. As for our employers, our words have made you rich.
Silencing us impoverishes the whole world.
The WA stands with Jimmy Kimmel and his writers.

🎞️ The Buster Keaton movie ”Go West” from 1925 still holds up today, 100 years later. Funny, sweet 🐮 and amazing stunts of course. A nice break from all the doom and gloom. (Watched it for the first time. On Plex TV.)

Karla Mosley explained the reason for the pre-emption. It's just like some people thought. With 238 episodes for season 2, I guess there will be some pre-emptions then as well. #Beyondthegates #BTG

Caught up on Beyond the Gates. Good week. Leslie/Dana and Kat (”demented Yoda”), Vernon and Anita dragging Bill. 😂😂 Love the details, like Leslie’s snake print and necklace. Nice to see Martin be kind to Eva. Have a bad feeling Vanessa might get hurt. How many Dupree secrets does Bill know of? 👀

I was laughing at this scene but when Leslie says” how you going fall over your own feet” I hollered. 🤣😂🤣😂 #Leslie #BeyondTheGates #BTG

I like the writing on Beyond the Gates so far. Classic yet modern soap. Three-dimensional characters, fun drama, organic stories, good balance and family chemistry. A cat. 😄 Love the sister dynamic between Dani and Nicole. Eva/Ted/Leslie/Nicole, Eva/Kat and Bill/Naomi. 👀🍿

Watched today’s Y&R and yesterday’s Corrie. Loved the Mariah/Ian scene on Y&R. Parroting everyone else but Camryn is a brilliant actress. 👏 Should be one of the leads in that age range. Even if you have never watched Corrie that episode is worth watching. Powerful, relevant and heartbreaking. 💔

Camryn Grimes was ACTING ok! That first "get away from her", Mariah was so stunned she could barely get the words out. Then once ole girl found her voice she put some BASS in that bitch. Acting choices 🤌🏾 #Teriah #YR
