His policies also enabled Trump's return. He didn't undo Trump's immigration policies, didn't pursue Trump's arrest for jan 6, eroded free speech to go after pro Palestinian protesters, enabled a genocide to happen, ect, ect. Democrats #1 priority should have been preventing trump, yet they failed.

It is 100% possible for Biden to reel in netenyahu. New reporting says biden never applied pressure to him. Biden also went behind congress' back to give Israel weapons. Other presidents have been able to control Israel, why couldn't Biden?

Explain how I'm wrong? He absolutely had the power to reel in Israel, as past presidents have done. And, by him choosing to run in 2024 despite having severe cognitive issues, not uplifting Kamala or another successor, and not making sure trump got arrested he is partially responsible for trump.

Also, to pretend like democrats haven't utterly failed us is delusional. Democrats have done nothing to stop this fascism, even now, I'd argue only 10 democrats are doing anything close to actual resistance. Only a 10 are pro-impeachment, only 1-2 have actually blocked unanimous consent.

Kamala's campaign wasn't bad she wasn't progressive enough?? 1. She did little to differentiate herself from biden, even though biden was incredibly unliked 2. Her interview imo sucked and felt very robotic, she didn't even start interviewing until a month or two before the election.

Can we not make this about NPD? Most people with cluster b disorders have it as a result of trauma, and are victims, and can be good people if they learn to cope with their trauma. Demonizing NPD like this only makes it harder for those who suffer to actually get help.

An abuser is often completely capable of having a normal and functional life when not with their abuser. If it was mental illness, they wouldn't be capable of acting normal when at work or with friends. They couldn't turn their NPD off or on. At least in part, it would be out of their control.

Maybe. My dad was abusive, but many organizations talk about how abuse isn't correlated with mental illness. I'm not going to blame his actions on NPD, at the end of the day he chose to abuse me. Plenty of people with NPD manage their worst impulses and aren't abusers.

This feels more like virtue signaling to me. This isn't an actual filibuster. It isn't obstructionist or disrupting at all, as Republicans can just ignore this. It doesn't have to be. He could call for qorum during this speech but he hasn't. He's still allowing unanimous consent to go through.
