So near where I live there are forest fires. Thats Ontario Canada. When there were bad fires in California Canada was there when there were bad fires in Montana Canada was there Colorado a Canadian died fighting fires in the US. Trump has more forest fires in the uS than all of Canada.

I went to Venezuela to find my cousins which I did there spouses are alive but injured their in-laws all but 1 survived. It’s a lot of anarchy on the ground government forced want to be applauded by you when you land they want cash cigarettes etc I landed in Colombia. Te buildings were poorly built.

I had to save this little thing yesterday it’s a chipmunk but I hate to see them drown in my pool. I got him out he walked to my foot walked up my leg and I picked him up he was cold and wanted my help. Colon cancer has a better survival rate in Canada than in US it’s a stark difference. In Canada they advise to eat more fiber they advise to keep your but clean you don’t want irritation to fester papal that’s a cause we get colonoscopies at 45 if high risk 50 everyone.

Till his last days his love for the US never wavered so we went on car ride to upstate New York we had lunch he didn’t have the energy for a longer drive but the stories he told me were the best I was 17 when he passed. He left me US cash told me to buy a house in NY state I did.

My grandfather was a landed NY NY he got his green card loved the US but then WW2 started and landed Italians were not well treated he hastily sold his business and went north to Canada started his citizenship they gave him special status and he brought my grandmother and my mom here to Canada.

Homes up here are very expensive I own a home in upstate New York 1% my cousin is owner so that when I sell it I don’t have to wait a year to get my money my cousin wants cash. That house was $125,000 usd I paid it all upfront and I rent it back to my cousin I get $$ in USD.

Now the homes needed a facelift in my daughter’s we redid 1 room from the studs insulated and vapour barrier a day of work now the home has a very high R rating and we installed a garage door opener it makes it very cosy for her.

Greater Toronto Area. Not exactly low cost. But both my brother and I guided are daughters to starting a Retirement savings account it’s tax free and new home buyers can use it to buy there first home so they maxed their contribution for 10 years I accrued interest and then used as a deposit.
